Bay Area Amusements truly values our customers, and to reward those customers who shop with us, we have created the Bay Area Amusements REWARDS program. All you need to do create an ACCOUNT, and shop as normal. An account mainly is a way that we can identify you be able to determine your qualifying status in our program levels.

With Bay Area Amusements REWARDS program, you accumulate points which will earn you additional benefits. Points are accumulated for purchases, and 1 point is equivalent to $1 of purchases (excluding TAX and SHIPPING). Accumulate enough points to enter the 4 levels of the REWARDS program: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each level provides additional benefits, and hopefully you will see the benefits as you order with us - having access to limited supply items, 'heads-up' messages highlighting new parts added, and other updates, parts insider indicating what's coming (and what's going to be hard to find), special sale items only for REWARDS program members, wait-listing for out of stock items, and most importantly, discounts on many items in our store not available to others.

The Benefits:

• Heads-Up: an advisory e-mail message on new parts posted. We update the Bay Area Amusements site regularly, often with limited supply items, so receiving an e-mail that new items have been posted provides a great opportunity to purchase new items.

• Wait-Listing: many items are in short supply, and if we are out and re-order, with wait-listing you can input your e-mail address to be notified when an out of stock item comes back in, giving you the best chance of obtaining what are usually in demand items. This can be particularly useful with limited supply items.

• Limited Supply: many items are special very limited supply purchases, and often, when they're gone, they're gone. Special items will be available first to our REWARDS program members.

• Parts Insider: knowing what's coming (and what's disappearing) will help with your restoration and repair. The Bay Area Amusements Parts Insider will be sent to REWARDS members indicating any information on new parts coming into the market soon, as well as parts that may be running short soon.

• Special Sales: REWARDS members will have access to special sale items from Bay Area Amusements not available to others. These sale items will be available for a certain time period or until the item runs out.

• Discounts: discounts on parts to reward our customers for purchasing from us. Various items will be discounted at different levels for the different program level members.

• Chat Specials: the Bay Area Amusements chat room will be scheduled with various discussions from time to time on interesting topics with various experts and leaders of the pinball community for an on-line chat session.

• Order Surprises: from time to time, in your order you will receive special giveaways as recognition of your business with us. Hopefully will be items which you can use and enjoy.

• Special Stuff: as it's name implies, this is 'special stuff' reserved for our highest level members, various benefits, and you will know what they are when they happen.

Benefits By REWARDS Level:

Benefits vary by level of REWARDS program participation. Level is determined below by number of points (purchase $) gained through the period.

+, ++, +++ indicates increasing benefits for successive levels. In addition, each level includes the specific benefits granted to the lower levels.

Program Level Determination:

Program levels are determined by the level of purchases that are made on the Bay Area Amusements store using your same ACCOUNT. The levels will be determined based on purchases made during the last 90 days (about 3 months) and re-calculated daily. At the point at which a purchase reaches the qualifying amount for a Bay Area Amusements award level, you are automatically enrolled in that REWARDS level, and will get information in your login screen of your status, etc. In the same way, if you do not maintain the level of purchase for the given period at your current level, you will be adjusted to the appropriate lower level.

Rewards Level Information:

Rewards level information is available to all customers who have established an account with Bay Area Amusements. The following information is available to you:

• Your Current Level (based on the qualifying amounts above)

• The amount of points needed to go to the next level

• The number of points needed and the number of days to earn those points to stay at the current level

This information is included in the following areas once you are logged in using your Bay Area Amusements Account:

• Left Hand Column on the WEB Site - towards the top of the page underneath the Basket Contents, and above the HELPDESK and Featured Show information

• ACCOUNT button on the top button bar of the web site.

• In E-mailed Receipts for purchases

Program Guidelines:

Program guidelines for the Bay Area Amusements REWARDS program are as follows. Please be familiar with these guidelines to insure that as a member you understand the program fully:

• Rewards program points will be valid only for customers using ACCOUNTs. Please establish an account, and use the same account for all of your orders.

• Pooling of orders: pooled orders (orders which are made on the behalf of multiple parties) will not be counted in the totals. It will be the determination of Bay Area Amusements if we believe that orders are being pooled, and if so, that account will be excluded from the REWARDS program.

• Sharing of information: Information shared with REWARDS members for for the exclusive use of it's members. Any sharing of the information distributed to REWARDS members is not to be shared.

• Recalculation and adjustment up or down of membership levels may in cases be delayed by 1 week due to processing and scheduling needs.

• Bay Area Amusements reserves the right to change qualification amounts, level benefits, and all other aspects of the program at any time. We will update the Bay Area Amusements REWARDS program to reflect the updates as quickly as possible.

• We reserve the right to remove anyone from the program at any time. We will most likely only be put in this position for a violation of the guidelines, but other circumstances may apply.

Note that more +'s indicate increased discount from the other rewards levels. Note that the most recent additional are at the TOP of the list.
