Bay Area Amusements LLC provides chips and upgrades in full compliance with OEM manufacturers guidelines, mainly:

• We provide a programming service for chips, we do not change in anyway for the software which is used to program the chip.
• You agree that you are the owner of the game that you are wishing to acquire the chips for - Bay Area Amusements LLC is programming replacements for your games with copyrighted software that you own the license to for your game. For Williams/Bally games, here is the Williams Electronics Games, Inc - Software License Agreement that for any Williams Games you are in agreement.

We will provide either the chips programmed or offer an exchange option for the chips. We do not provide any source or compiled ROM/EPROM images, only the service of programming and delivering the chips to you to get your game back in full working order!

For Every EPROM programming service, Bay Area Amusements requires that you agree to the general or specific (where applicable) copyright and licensing agreements.
